Where can I find information about COVID-19 restrictions?

What is your conference cancellation policy?

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the event organizers, someone else to attend in their place. Where a registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer their place to another person, then the cancellation timeline applies.

Conference Cancellation Timeline

Cancellation by April 8th, 2022 (60 days prior) – 100% less a $50 processing fee
Cancellation by April 23rd, 2022 (45 days prior) – Refund of 75%
Cancellation by May 8th, 2022 (30 days prior) – 50% Refund
Cancellation after May 7th, 2022 (29 days prior) – Refund of 0%

Conference Refunds

For payments received by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded within 45 days.

What if I have to cancel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions?

How will my privacy be protected?

Your personal information is collected on the registration site on behalf of the event organizers. Your information is protected by Alberta’s Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA) and your personal information will not be shared.

What is included in the cost of my registration?

  • Opening Reception on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022
  • Plenary and Parallel Sessions
  • Business to Business Platform
  • Exhibitor Showcase

Are meals included with my registration?

Lunch will be included all three days with coffee and snacks being served during meeting breaks.
Happy hour on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 includes light fare and drink tickets.
Food and drinks will also be served at the opening reception on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022. You must register to attend.

What is the signature event?

The signature event will be a memorable evening of fine dining and entertainment and the perfect place to network with other attendees outside of the conference venue. The signature event will take place on Thursday, June 9th.

Can I purchase signature event tickets when I get to the conference?

A limited number of tickets for the signature event may be available at the registration desk, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on-site.

How can I buy tickets for the signature event?

You will have the option to purchase tickets for the signature event when you complete your conference registration. If you would like to purchase tickets after you have already registered, contact info@nanocanadaconference.com.
